The Brief

The Wealth Report is Knight Frank's flagship annual publication. It is a data-led exploration of global wealth, prime property markets and investment trends, read by ultra-high-net-worth individuals, advisors, and international media.

I owned the marketing launch for the 2025 edition, with a focus on maximising report downloads, growing the subscribed audience and supporting the PR team's media strategy across digital and social channels.

What I Did

  • Owned the full go-to-market plan across email, social, web, and internal channels

  • Designed and implemented a new content gating strategy for the report landing page, replacing the previous ungated approach with a sign-up-to-download mechanic to capture qualified leads

  • Planned and executed a phased email campaign via Dotdigital targeting segmented audiences across Knight Frank's global database, including pre-launch teasers, launch day sends, and follow-up nurture sequences

  • Created LinkedIn content for Knight Frank's corporate channels, including carousel posts, key stat graphics, and short-form video clips designed to drive traffic to the gated landing page

  • Briefed the design team on all digital assets, ensuring consistency with the report's visual identity

  • Built and maintained the campaign landing page, optimising for conversion

  • Coordinated with the Research, PR, and Digital teams to align messaging and timing across all channels

  • Delivered a post-campaign performance report covering email engagement, social reach, landing page traffic and lead generation
