PLATFORM_ in Glasgow
The Brief
PLATFORM_ is a property developer and asset manager focused on the UK's Build to Rent sector, with a portfolio valued at over £1bn. I was brought on to plan and deliver the go-to-market campaign for a flagship residential scheme in Glasgow, a major launch requiring a fully integrated approach across paid media, digital, events and on-site experience.
What I Did
Pitched and secured approval for a £100k marketing campaign, owning the full budget and reporting monthly on spend efficiency and lead contribution
Managed £15k per month in paid media across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla), tied directly to weekly viewing and let targets
Built and owned every scheme landing page, running A/B tests on layouts and CTAs to improve conversion
Rebuilt the company's CRM in HubSpot from scratch, implementing lead capture forms, automated email nurture journeys and a viewing-to-move-in lifecycle
Coordinated the dressing of show apartments with interior stylists, ensuring the spaces aligned with the development's brand positioning and target demographic
Supported launch event logistics including invite management and on-the-day coordination
Led PR activity that contributed to PLATFORM_ in Glasgow winning BTR Development of the Year at the Scottish Property Awards 2024
