The Brief

The Regional Collections is Knight Frank’s flagship digital property magazine, presenting a curated selection of the firm's most prestigious regional listings.

Built on the Foleon platform, the 2026 edition required end-to-end campaign ownership, including coordinating content across multiple regional offices, culminating in a multi-channel launch designed to generate qualified enquiries for fee earning teams.

What I Did

  • Oversaw the website Foleon build, ensuring the digital magazine met Knight Frank's brand standards

  • Planned and executed the email launch campaign through Dotdigital, including audience segmentation and A/B testing on subject lines

  • Coordinated with regional offices and agents across the country to source property content, imagery, and editorial copy, managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously

  • Ran the full production workflow on Monday.com, keeping the project on track across teams and offices

  • Created social content to support the launch and drive traffic to the publication

  • Managed the internal launch via SharePoint, equipping the sales teams with the assets and talking points they needed to use the publication in client conversations

  • Generated over 400 qualified enquiries to fee-earning teams within 8 weeks of launch

  • 3-minute average reading time across the website
